Shane was in a terrible car accident in January, 2005. He spent six months in the Trauma ICU on life support. During this time doctors induced a coma, but even this did not provide the desired results. However, Shane's mother never lost faith in God's miraculous healing power.

She initiated what she calls a "prayer chain war". Jane called her friends and family, emailed all of the prayer stations, and asked everyone at PrayerChain to pray for her son.

Shane's condition began to improve. After a total of 8 months, he was released from the hospital. Due to the extent of his injuries, he should not even be alive today. Shane has been home for 10 months now, which Jane credits to the miracle that God performed in his healing. Jane is also forever grateful to the many people that prayed for Shane during this time.

Thanks to all the Prayer Chain givers... that through prayer...performed this miracle for Shane.
