We requested prayer in your prayer chain a couple of days ago. Surgery was a must, but they weren't sure how quickly!!!! Oh thank you for your precious prayers!
I am absolutely amazed at how incredible the power of prayer is.
Our friend Calvin, four days ago, was having seepage from his spinal chord after two brain stem surgeries and was facing another emergency surgery with no prognosis. They were unsure if he would make it home for Christmas, or if he would even make it home at all. Our request for prayer was the night prior to his needed third surgery. The third surgery didn’t need to be done.
HE IS HOME WITH HIS FAMILY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Not only is our friend, Calvin, home from the hospital with no more needed surgeries, but his wife, Rebecca, entered a contest for a box of childrens gifts from a local dept. store and found out yesterday AM that THEY WON! They also received anonymous gift certs for a local grocery store to stock the shelves. The children will have Christmas this year, but their best gift is that Daddy is HOME!
The unfolding of these miracles is so beautiful to see. Please pray for Calvins continued healing.
